Creme Brulee Premix
Sugar, Corn Starch, Whole Egg Powder, Dextrose Monohydrate, Carrageenan, Carob Bean Gum, Sodium Citrate, Flavour.
Panna Cotta Powder 90g, Whipping Cream 400ml, Fresh Milk 400ml.
1. Blend in panna cotta powder, milk and whipping cream to heat and boil and stirring well with a whisk.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stir constantly.
3. Pour into mould or bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
4. Garnish and serve.
Panna cotta can be kept in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
