Super juicy and tender chicken veggie patties.
Ingredient: ➞ 2 broccoli florets ➞ Half Carrot ➞ Half Onion ➞ One chicken fillet ➞ One egg ➞ 2 tbsps flour ➞ 1 tsp Double Happiness Veggie Broth Powder
Method:
1) Steam broccoli and carrot for 10 minutes
2) Blend all ingredients (except flour) using a blender.
3) Add in flour and gently mix well.
4)Add appropriate amount of water if it is too dry. Scoop using a spoon and pan fry until it turn golden brown.
