Super juicy and tender chicken veggie patties.

Ingredient: β 2 broccoli florets β Half Carrot β Half Onion β One chicken fillet β One egg β 2 tbsps flour β 1 tsp Double Happiness Veggie Broth Powder
Method:
1) Steam broccoli and carrot for 10 minutes
2) Blend all ingredients (except flour) using a blender.
3) Add in flour and gently mix well.
4οΌAdd appropriate amount of water if it is too dry. Scoop using a spoon and pan fry until it turn golden brown.
5) Enjoy
