ℍ𝕆𝕄𝔼𝕄𝔸𝔻𝔼 𝕃𝕌ℕℂℍ𝔼𝕆ℕ 𝕄𝔼𝔸𝕋 【自制午餐肉】

Who doesn’t like luncheon meat?
We all know canned food is high in sodium and preservative that regularly consumed might affect our health. 🙅♀️🙅♀️🙅♀️ But we just couldn’t resist to eat it, especially luncheon meat!
Luncheon meat is so tasty to eat with fried rice, egg, noodle and sandwich! Do you know we can make it at home? It taste 80% like the canned one, and it is healthier and most importantly, it is kid friendly!
Ingredients A –
30g Flour / 面粉
30g Corn Starch / 玉米粉
2 Egg whites / 两个蛋白
40g water / 清水
Mixed all ingredients into a smooth batter.
Ingredient B -
500g minced meat / 猪肉碎 (preferably with some fat)
1 piece of green onion (only the white part, finely chopped) / 一段葱白切末
1 piece of young ginger (finely chopped) / 一小块姜切末
Seasoning -
1 tsp of Sea salt/ 海盐一茶匙
2 tsp of @double_happiness_singapore Classic Chicken Broth Powder / 2茶匙鸡肉高汤粉
A few dash of white pepper / 白胡椒少许
1 tbsp of cooking oil / 油一汤匙
1 tbsp of Soy Sauce / 酱青一汤匙 (optional, omit for kid version)
1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce / 蚝油一汤匙 (optional, omit for kid version)
Method -
Mixed ingredients A into ingredients B in a big bowl. Use a chopstick to stir the minced meat in one direction (circular movement) until the mixture become sticky. Put into mold (you may use non-grease small cake mould or an empty canned), cover with food wrap or aluminum foil, high heat steam for 20 minutes. Wait until it is cold down before cutting (you may put into fridge for one night before cutting too).
将面酱加入肉馅和调味料,充分混合均匀。用筷子同一方向搅拌直到起胶。放入模型 (可用小个的不沾蛋糕模型),大火蒸20分钟。取出后要等到午餐肉完全冷却了才可以切片。也可以放入冰箱一晚,另一天才切哦!
